7 days 100% Goods Return Warranty

The most common problem with online shopping is you are receiving goods that out of your expectation.

In order to give you a peace of mind, we provide 7 days 100% return warranty on all goods*  regardless of whether it’s due to dissatisfaction, incorrect size, child’s disinterest or a defective goods.

If you intend to return your goods, please contact customer service within 48 hours after you receiving the item (based on courier service’s receiving date).

Refund / Return Policy

  1. You have to notify us within 48 hours if you wish to return/exchange your goods, failed to report to us will not warrant a return/exchange.
  2. You have to return the goods to us within 7 days (based on the date you received our confirmation goods return form), goods that not return to us within 7 days is not entitle for this privilege.
  3. To avoid the warranty being abused, all refund is not in cash form but in Refund Code which allows you to make same amount of deduction in your future order.
  4. Unless wrong item was sent to you, otherwise you are not allowed for item exchange. You may use the Refund Code to re-order from our website and get instant deduction on the order amount. However, please note that shipping charges are not covered by the Refund Code.
  5. Return will not be accepted on worn, soiled, stained or washed merchandise. And the item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, not damaged and in re-saleable condition together with any associated accessories and documentation.
  6. We recommend items for exchange are sent to us via recorded delivery service to provide you with proof of posting. We cannot be held responsible for loss or items damaged on the way back for an exchange. Please pack your returned items properly to ensure that the items do not get damaged in transit. We reserve the right not to accept the return.
  7. Regarding the return delivery fees, please refer to the chart below.

We take pride in checking all orders before they are directed to delivery, and photos will be taken for future clarification and quality control purposes. Qualities standards are very subjective, tiny stains/spots, flaws, small area of not uniform colouring are not summed up as quality issues. If you would still want to return, these issues would fall under the “unsatisfactory” category.

Goods Damaged

Although all items are checked carefully before they are directed to delivery, however we have no control over the condition of goods during transportation. If the item is found damaged during shipping, we are willing to let you return.

Please take a photo of the damage item and email it to us within 48 hours. If the damage is severe you will be entitled to a full claim, where you will get a Refund Code with the same value of the item you had purchased.

If there are only some minor damage / scratches, we will offer you a Discount Code which worth a certain amount based on the severity of the damage / scratches. If you insist on return the item, the return reason will be categorized and be processed as “Unsatisfied”.

If you receive something which was not ordered by you, please inform us within 24 hours! We will arrange for goods exchange asap. Once we receive the wrong item, we will resend the correct item to you.
